An Easy Guide to WCBN

This website provides easy and speedy retrieval of business information on Chinese enterprises and corporations worldwide. You will also be linked to an abundance of trade opportunities available globally and major events including exhibitions, conferences, and workshops around the world. Access to this information is facilitated through simple keyword search or product and service classifications.

To carry out a search, users can choose either to key in a simple keyword (eg. carpets, semiconductors, spices, architects, Internet, etc.) or make use of the available product and service classifications. There is also a section on "Countries or Regions" for users to search for all the Chinese companies in a particular country or region.

Simple Keyword Search

Search for Chinese Companies

1. Click on the blue tab header for Chinese Companies.
2. Key in either part of the name of the company or the type of products / services that you are sourcing, in the respective field. You can also input both to make your search more specific.
3. To narrow down the search, you can select the country / region of your choice from the pull-down bar under "Country or Region". If not, relevant records from all countries will be retrieved by default.
4. Click on "Search" button to start the search.
5. Relevant records will be retrieved and the company name, country where the company is located in and description of the products / services will be listed and displayed in the record results page.
6. Click on the company name to obtain the full contact details.

Search for Chinese Business Associations

1. Click on the blue tab header for Chinese Business Associations.
2. Key in part of the name of the business association.
3. You can specify the country by using the pull-down bar under "Country or Region". If not, relevant records from all countries will be retrieved by default.
4. Click on "Search" button to start the search.
5. Relevant records will be retrieved and the name(s) of the association will be listed and displayed in the record results page.
6. Click on the association name to obtain the full contact details.

Search for Global Trade Opportunities

1. Click on the blue tab for Global Trade Opportunities
2. You may search by keying in part of the name of the company and select the type of business e.g. import, export, tender of other business venture, by using the pull down bar to make your search more specific. Or you may leave blank the name of the company and just select the type of business that you are interested in to perform a general serach.
3. Key in the type of products / services that you wish to source. You may leave it blank if it is a general search.
4. You can specify the country by using the pull-down bar under "Country or Region". If not, relevant records from all countries will be retrieved by default.
5. Click on "Search" button to start the search.
6. Relevant records will be retrieved and the names of the companies, products / services description will be listed and displayed in the record results page.
7. Click on the company name to obtain the full contact details.

Products & Services Classifications Search

The products and services classifications search are only applicable to Chinese company search.

Users who are searching for a broad category of products or services can click on the products or services classifications to conduct the search. For example, the classification of "Computer / IT hardware & software" under the products search category will provide users, with a list of companies which deal in products such as monitors, keyboards, computer parts & accessories, data processing machines, servers, network devices etc.; users searching for a printer or publisher can click on "Printing & Publishing" under the service classifications to get a list of companies that provide such services.

    1. Start your search by clicking on a certain product or service in the respective classification lists.
    2. Specify the country or region by clicking on the name of the country / region.
    3. Relevant records will be retrieved.
    4. Click on the company name to obtain the full contact details.
